  • Featured on Hot Ones and 2019 Sofi Winner "Best New Hot Sauce", Assam is a state in northeastern India and home to the ghost pepper.  As an homage to the region, we created a fragrant curry with a depth of flavor which perfectly balances the warmth of the ghost pepper and the added heat of the 7 pot primo. Pair with reduced coconut milk for an amazingly quick yet complex curry. Heat 7/10

  • East African cuisine is widely available in the DC metro region and we have fallen in love with it!  The deep fragrant heat comes from habaneros, jalapeños and their aromatic curry called Berbere. The Berbere is flown in from Ethiopia. Pair with lentils, roast chicken, grilled meats, stews, burgers, rice, quinoa and vegetables such as collards or kale.  Super earthy! Heat 6/10

  • Sofi Gold Winner!  Best Hot Sauce of 2020. One of the hottest cuisines on the planet!  The electric heat comes from bird's eye chilies and habaneros while the lemongrass and ginger bring a brightness to the sauce.  The seafood umami enhances the heat and acidity from the addition of dried shrimp. Pair with stir fries, soups, grilled seafood, and as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and lettuce wraps. Heat 6/10

  • Smoky mezcal, sun dried peppers, habaneros, ghost pepper and Mexican chocolate provide for a spicy mole based sauce inspired by the region's gastro-historical center.  Oaxaca  adds a splash of Mexico to any recipe!  Pair with tacos, tamales, grilled meats, burgers, or added to your favorite chili recipe. Heat 7/10

  • Quintana Roo is a Mexican state on the Yucatan peninsula and is home to the rich Mayan culture and spicy cuisine with habaneros and citrus fruits.  We brought all of this together to create a bright and spicy pepper sauce. Pair with fish tacos, carnitas, egg dishes, seafood, vegetables & chicken. Heat 6/10

  • Inspired by an 1850's Virginia BBQ recipe with peaches, peanuts, jalapeños, habaneros, rye whiskey and smoked paprika. Pair with pulled pork, grilled meats, or vegetables!  Heat 6/10
