Locally Grown, Wildly Loved

How Maryland Farms Bring More Beauty to WildFlower

WildFlower is proud to source local stems from our favorite Maryland farms, including Butterbee Farms in Harford County (partners since 2021), Winter Farm Florals in Eastern Shore, Hebron (partners since 2020), Belle Botany in Davidsonville (partners since 2022), Fairytale Farmette in Central Maryland (partners since 2024), and Zangs Farm in Central Maryland (partners since 2024). All of these farms share the same ethos as our team at WildFlower — to make the world better, one flower at a time.

Flowers are a labor of love and have the power to make a difference, whether sending a birthday bouquet to a friend, cheering up a loved one, celebrating a remarkable accomplishment, or freshening up our living space. Local blooms enhance these moments even more as artisan-produced Maryland products.

By sourcing fresh stems from local farms, WildFlower offers an ever-changing seasonal look in arrangements that reflects the natural beauty of our region. This aesthetic is truly something special and cannot be replicated with imported flowers found in mass markets. In fact, our top-selling item, "Local Farm Fresh," features Maryland-grown flowers and is enhanced by other American-only blooms. Additionally, many of our design classes utilize these local products for unique arrangements that our attendees can be excited to take home and display.

We're proud to source products from local, women-owned and operated businesses that farm sustainably with regenerative practices. These partnerships also represent our shared passion for supporting small businesses and our local economy.

Our hope for the future is to offer our customers as many locally sourced flowers and plants as possible. Since Maryland experiences the beauty of all four seasons, the varieties available and the amount that can be cultivated are pretty impressive. When we leave the creativity up to Mother Nature, the possibilities are endless!

Belle Botany

Belle Botany is a small flower farm in Davidsonville, MD, founded by Masako. After interviewing and spending the day at WildFlower, she realized her passion for flowers was rooted in the growing process. Since establishing her farm in 2021, WildFlower has been a strong supporter of her business and receives a variety of cut flowers from Belle Botany throughout the year.
