Important Delivery & Pickup Information

Please note: These ceremony flowers are available for pickup or delivery only. WildFlower is not responsible for setup or installation of delivered items unless a separate installation service has been booked. Customers are responsible for placement and setup at the venue.

For arch accents and welcome sign flowers, we do not provide the structure, sign, frame, or arch unless purchasing our Freestanding Asymmetrical Floral Arch option. Floral pieces will include clips, zip ties, or appropriate floral mechanics to assist with attachment, but customers, planners, venue teams, or rental companies will be responsible for final installation.

Flower varieties may vary slightly based on seasonal availability, but the overall white, blue, yellow, and greenery color palette of the Sunlit Shore Collection will remain consistent. Please order a minimum of 1 week in advance. For all wedding orders, we will follow up with a personal call or email to verify your order details and ensure every floral element coordinates beautifully with your wedding vision.
